- Proxy Voting Form
If you are unable to attend the AGM but wish to have someone else participate and vote on your behalf, please refer the Proxy Voting Form. Due to the virtual hosting platform, Proxy Voting Forms must be completed and submitted by email, fax or mail to Downtown Prince George by Monday, May 31st, 2021.
- Downtown Prince George Board Member Nomination Form
If you, or someone you know, would like to put their name forward to be considered for a Board of Directors position, the Nomination Form must be completed and submitted by email, fax or mail to Downtown Prince George. Due to the virtual hosting platform, nominations will not be accepted after May 31st, 2021. To be eligible, persons must be a Business Owner/Tenant or Property Owner in the Downtown C1 Zone or an Authorized Representative and have a completed Member Information Form on file by May 10, 2021.
