PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED

(All attendees must pre-register to attend by Friday, June 7th @ 5:00pm)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

In order to vote at the AGM, you must have a Member Information Form on file 30 days in advance of the meeting (by Monday, May 13, 2024). If you have any questions about the status of your membership, please contact us at 250.614.1330 or info@downtownpg.com 

REQUIRED FORMS:

If you are not certain if your membership information is up to date, please complete and return the Member Information Form with your email address, which will allow us to communicate with you by email in the future. All members are encouraged to update this form for 2024.

If you are unable to attend the AGM but wish to have someone else participate and vote on your behalf, please refer to the Proxy Voting Form. Proxy Voting Forms must be completed and submitted by email, fax or mail to Downtown Prince George by May 30, 2024.

If you, or someone you know, would like to put their name forward to be considered for a Board of Directors position, the Nomination Form must be completed and submitted by email, fax or mail to Downtown Prince George. Nominations will not be accepted after May 30, 2024. To be eligible, persons must be a Business Owner/Tenant or Property Owner in the Downtown C1 Zone or an Authorized Representative and have a completed Member Information Form on file by May 13th, 2024.
