This yoga series is perfect to fine tune postures, or learn them for the first time.
Learn the basics of yoga and the benefits that come from this practice that encompasses physical and mental health. Nicolle will guide you through 30 foundational postures, breath work, and the benefits of yoga over 5 sessions. Nicolle offers modifications for you to find ease in poses so that you can move within your pain free range of motion.
This is a great opportunity for students to enter into yoga and for experienced yogis to fine tune their practice.
