Believe it or not – Spring is here!
The City of Prince George has actively started the street sweeping & side-walk flushing. As Downtown is one of the priority areas, you may have seen this work already starting. Downtown will be getting more attention starting Monday, April 10th.
YOU CAN HELP by sweeping out your recessed entry ways as well as the sidewalks adjacent to your businesses. Your efforts will mitigate any overspray during flushing and help in the clearing of the traction materials used all winter on our downtown streets and sidewalks.
PLEASE NOTE: This work will continue over the next few weeks – if you are planning to clean your storefront windows – you might want to wait until later in the month when the sidewalk flushing should be completed.
