The City of Prince George is inviting residents to attend a Community Safety Town Hall on May 28th at the Prince George Conference & Civic Centre.

The goal of the meeting is to provide an opportunity for community members, business owners, and other interested parties to share their concerns, ask questions, and share ideas with key City staff and members of Council to address encampments and complex social issues throughout Prince George.

There is no registration required to attend.

  • 2 p.m.: open house with information panels around the room and a chance to chat with members of council and staff.
  • 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.: panel presentations. Panel to include the city manager, fire chief, RCMP superintendent and representatives from other groups.
  • 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.: questions and answer segment managed by a facilitator.

Attendees will also be given the option to submit questions or feedback using paper form at the event, or by contacting the City at getinvolved@princegeorge.ca
