Birch & Boar Charcuterie & Provisions – We are doing Christmas Dinners again this year! We are offering 3 different full meals, a turkey roll feeding 10 to 15, a whole turkey meal feeding 20-30, and a AAA Prime rib roast feeding 10-15. These protiens come raw and need to be cooked, and the veg just reheated in the oven for an easy dinner! We also have Christmas Dinner add ons which are:

– Roast porchetta which is raw and needs to be cooked, this is a great alternative to ham, quite a bit more elegant and flavourful.

– Smoked brisket which does come cooked and just needs to be reheated, if you want something to be a show stopper at dinner this is the one, a little less traditional but the most flavorful protein you will ever have at a dinner this can be the main event or just an add on, we are definitely serving this one for our christmas dinners!

– 6 pack of Christmas themed cannoli packs, three flavours, candy cane, pistachio orange, and cookies and cream. The deadline for ordering is December 18 and we do have a limited supply so get your order in quick! 50$ deposit to hold your spot!

White Goose – We have some great news … after many calls and requests we have decided to offer Christmas Dinner to go this year again ! This will be pick up only on Christmas Day between 2:30 and 3:00 ( will be served hot in individual portions) Each dinner will come with .. The most delicious moist butter poached Turkey, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Glazed Carrots & Brussels Sprouts , Stuffing, Dinner Roll , Cranberry Sauce and Gravy!!
