A partnership with the City of Prince George and Downtown Prince George has created a Downtown Vibrancy and Vitality Initiative establishing a service involving a small Micro Grant funding to assist specific property owners and businesses that were impacted by the August 22nd, 2023, explosion that caused damage to their storefront – street facing windows, doors, fascia or other types of damage. Downtown Prince George member businesses can apply for and receive a small micro grant towards the cost of repairs and/or insurance deductibles. The Micro Grant will provide the affected business with a maximum of $1000.00 towards the eligible costs incurred. Deadline to apply is December 31, 2023. To apply for the grant, follow the link here.
